Homescapes Review
Homescapes is the sequel to Gardenscapes and blends both a gardening game with a puzzle game. Players must help Austin renovate and redecorate his old family mansion. They must beat colorful match-3 levels to earn stars which are used for the renovation tasks. The levels are quite easy but become increasingly difficult as players advance through the game. Each level has a story attached to it and there are different power-ups that can be activated. Some of the power-ups include a paper plane, rainbow blast and a rocket that can clear the entire board.
The gameplay in Homescapes is similar to that of other match-3 games but it features a lot of new features. Players must match four or more tiles in a row to create special boosters and power-ups that can help them complete the level. Some of the new power-ups include a paper plane, rainball ball, and rocket.
The graphics are also incredibly well-designed and the game is very fun to play. However, there are some downsides to the game such as ads which can be annoying. In addition, the game can drain your battery quickly.
While the game is free to download, some in-game items can be purchased with real money. However, the option to disable this feature is available.
